Eng. Medhat Shalaby received his high school degree from College de la Sainte Famille – Jesuites in 1972 before earning his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1977. Upon his graduation Eng. Medhat worked as a Civil Engineer in a number of construction companies between 1977 and 1985 including French company Lanctuit. Later He decided to venture on his own and founded Shalaby Construction in 1986 as a Main Contracting Company offering different engineering services. After the big success achieved in the field of construction, He decided to venture into the Real Estate Market by establishing two companies along with partners; BARCO Misr in 2006 and BIANCHI in 2007. Both companies delivered a number of successful projects across the country. In 2019 along with Partners, Eng. Medhat Shalaby and his family established Life Sports Club a new 25 Acres project in the heart of New Cairo.

Eng. Sherif Shalaby graduated from College de la Sainte Famille - Jesuites in 2003 before completing his undergraduate studies at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering. He then joined BIANCHI for five years heading the commercial function which included planning, business development, sales and marketing. Then he worked at Nile Maxim Cruising Boat and Restaurants between 2012 and 2013 as managing director. Following that he joined Dar Al-Handassah one of the top engineering and consultancy firms worldwide as a Design Engineer for two years between 2013 and 2015. He later joined Shalaby Construction as Chief Operating Officer in 2016.

Shady Shalaby graduated from Cairo American College (CAC) in 2008 before completing his undergraduate studies at John Molson School of Business (JMSB), Concordia University in Montreal, Canada with a bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics in 2013. Upon his Graduation he joined Sun Life Financials as a Securities and Mutual Fund Advisor for two years between 2013 and 2015 earning his Canadian Securities Course as well as Insurance and Investment Brokerage license by Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). Later he joined EFG Hermes one of the region's leading Investment Banks working in their reputable Investment Banking Function for 3 Years Between 2016 and 2019. Following that Shady joined Egypt Ventures a USD 40 Million Venture Capital Fund owned by the Egyptian Ministry of Investment and the Saudi Development Fund for almost two years between 2019 and 2020 as VP of Investments. Then he joined Shalaby Construction as Chief Investment Officer in 2021.
